Neopolitan, after allying with Cinder Fall, targets Ruby for revenge. Initially, Neo blames Cinder for Roman's demise, but upon witnessing Cinder's Maiden powers, she consents to collaborate in a plot against Ruby. Neopolitan is the henchwoman and partner of the notorious criminal Roman Torchwick until his demise during a fight with the trainee Huntress Ruby Rose. She subsequently swore vengeance against Ruby, forming a tentative alliance with Torchwick's former associate Cinder Fall to bring about her desire. We may not see volume 10, it's even less likely that we'll see anything more in Neo's story.
