Understanding the Context
If your sharing problem is based on the update mentioned in my summary, there has been a subsequent update that "fixes" it. It now should be as easy as catching up the updates. I am looking for solutions to Windows 11 Network Sharing Issues between my Win 11 laptop and my Win 10 PCs. On one laptop we created a shared folder using procedures described above.

On a 2nd laptop we are able to access that shared folder, again using above procedures. I am trying to configure my two Windows PCs to be able to share files over my home network. One works fine, and I can access files from the other PC. When trying to do it the other way around, though, I can't seem to get file sharing working from my 2nd PC. Here is the troubleshooting I have performed.
